About
Helping women move from survival to self-trust
I believe understanding your nervous system can change the way you understand yourself.

How this began
For years, I was drawn to different approaches to wellness — mindfulness, meditation, movement, ear acupuncture, sound, and the connection between our thoughts and how we feel. Over time, I began to see that these weren't separate pieces. They were all connected by something much bigger: the nervous system.
That realization changed the direction of my work and became the foundation for Denver Wellness Community and the E.A.R. Method™ — Educate • Awaken • Regulate.
Why I do this work
I've experienced seasons of life when stress, uncertainty, and major change made it difficult to feel grounded and trust what came next. Those experiences created a deeper curiosity in me:
Why do we sometimes know what we want to change, but still feel unable to move forward?
I discovered that sometimes it isn't simply a matter of trying harder or thinking more positively. Our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and nervous system are constantly influencing one another.
And when we begin to understand those patterns, we can begin responding to ourselves differently.
That's the work I want to share with other women.
The framework
I created the E.A.R. Method™ as a simple framework for helping women better understand themselves and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
E
Educate
Understand what's happening within your nervous system and recognize your patterns.
A
Awaken
Develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, body, needs, and possibilities.
R
Regulate
Practice tools that help you return to greater calm, connection, and choice.
The goal isn't perfection. It's developing the ability to recognize what's happening within yourself, respond differently, and begin building greater calm, confidence, and self-trust.
Background
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Education, and I am NADA certified in ear acupuncture.
My background in behavioral science and education influences the way I teach. I believe complex ideas about stress, behavior, mindset, and the nervous system should be understandable, practical, and applicable to real life.
Today I bring this work to individuals, women's groups, workplaces, community organizations and professional audiences through
Why this exists
Denver Wellness Community has evolved into something much bigger than offering individual wellness services.
It's about helping people understand themselves. It's about recognizing the patterns that keep us living in survival mode. And it's about discovering that change can begin when we learn how to work with ourselves instead of constantly fighting against ourselves.
From survival to self-trust. That's what this work is about.
This work is educational and supportive. It is not therapy, and it is not medical treatment. It sits alongside your existing care rather than replacing it.
